Carl Herrick

Carl Herrick is a coach, trainer, keynote speaker, and true catalyst. When business owners and top executives are frustrated with marginal performance by their team members, disappointed with revenue figures, or concerned that the competition is gaining market share they turn to Carl for help. He spent 23 years in engineering, onsite project management and product sales positions, and as account and regional managers before establishing his Sandler Training center in Baton Rouge in 2009. Today, he blends his own experiences with nationally proven training and evaluation tools from The Sandler Training Institute to teach a unique brand of sales training and personal development.

Richard Wolfe

Richard Wolfe has been a leader throughout his life. While working his way up the ladder in the restaurant business to Managing Partner, he was always communicating his vision and leading people to success. He is now enjoying a successful career in sales and continues to be a top producer at his company. Over the past 6 years, Richard has honed his craft of speaking on the topics of leadership, success, goal achieving, and relationships. Although he has had specific training, most of the knowledge he shares comes from real world experience. In June of 2017, Richard achieved his Distinguished Toastmaster Award in his home club, Evangeline Toastmasters, putting him in the top 1% of Toastmasters worldwide.

Stephanie Schlattman

Stephanie graduated from Louisiana State University in 2012 with a major in Marketing and minor in Sociology. During her time at LSU she also completed Sandler Sales Training, which was coached by Carl Herrick. Since graduation, she has gained experience in customer service and office management, but has continued to grow and excel in marketing. Currently, Stephanie is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy including: developing an effective marketing strategy that reaches across all mediums, posting daily on social media, maintaining the website, search engine optimization, designing print advertisements and email marketing campaigns, and promoting a positive brand image in the Louisiana marketplace.
