Sandler Training Louisiana

Led by President, Carl Herrick, Sandler Training Louisiana has been helping businesses throughout the state since 2009. We believe sales should be practiced by highly trained men and women who value integrity, long-term relationships, and their reputations. Our team is dedicated to providing effective sales and communication training to sales teams and individuals in Louisiana.

Carl Herrick, President, C.E.O.

Carl Herrick is a coach, trainer, keynote speaker, and true productivity catalyst. When business owners and top executives are frustrated with marginal performance by their team members, disappointed with revenue figures, or concerned that the competition is gaining market share they turn to Carl for help. His work experience includes 23 years in engineering, onsite project management and product sales positions including account and regional manager. In 2009 he established the Sandler Training center in Baton Rouge. Today, he blends these nationally proven training and evaluation tools with his own experiences to teach a unique brand of sales training, leadership, and personal development.

Danna is a senior at Louisiana State University in the E. J. Ourso College of Business studying Marketing with a concentration in Professional Sales. In her business development role at Sandler Training, Louisiana, Danna is gaining valuable experience in sales, coaching, and the use of business tools while working toward her Sandler Bronze Sales Certification. Danna is reaching out to organizations helping them take advantage of the Louisiana Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP) and compliant Sandler programs.

George is a senior at Louisiana State University studying Marketing, in the E. J. Ourso College of Business, with a concentration in Professional Sales. While expanding his hands-on sales experience, George is working toward the Sandler Bronze Sales Certification. His role focuses on finding new clients and inviting qualified prospects to conduct business.

Julia is a senior at Louisiana State University studying Marketing, in the E.J. Ourso College of Business, with a concentration in professional sales. She is the captain of the LSU sales team and will be participating in national sales competitions this semester. At Sandler Training, Louisiana, she will be focusing on prospecting and new client development.

A result driven leader with a proven ability to spearhead change, cultivate and inspire others. He has a strong business acumen and is devoted to creating a work environment that encourages team collaboration, comradery and creativity resulting in optimal performance for all.
